Key Account Executive – Quick Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to lead our Quick Commerce initiatives for Lal Sweets Pvt Ltd in Bangalore. The role focuses on building and expanding relationships with fast‑growing Q‑commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and similar, ensuring our brand’s visibility, availability and sales growth across these channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow business relationships with Q‑commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
• Drive sales, visibility and product placement on each platform.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers and seasonal launches.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Analyze sales data and platform performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate annual business plans, margins and trade terms with platform stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and stock planning for each account.
• Ensure strong brand representation through content optimisation and creative inputs.
• Identify new platform opportunities and expansion routes within the quick commerce ecosystem.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience managing accounts on Q‑Commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, platform analytics and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and highly organised.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
