About the role

We are looking for a Tax Accountant to manage the company’s tax compliance, reporting and interactions with tax authorities. The role involves preparing and filing various taxes, ensuring accurate invoicing and supporting the finance team in a fast‑moving F&B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, file and submit VAT, personal income, corporate income, contractor and asset lease taxes.
• Control tax data, input‑output invoices and sales revenue.
• Post tax entries and perform accounting adjustments in the ERP system.
• Prepare documentation and explanations for tax authorities and handle tax audits, inspections and settlements.
• Validate invoices and supporting documents; generate statutory tax reports.
• Maintain and review the document archive for tax settlement purposes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or Tax.
• 2–3 years of experience in tax accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and electronic invoicing.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience in tax audit or settlement for large retail/F&B groups is a plus.
