About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Cashier to join our team at Nyidam Duren Surabaya. The role involves greeting customers, processing payments efficiently, and ensuring a clean and organized checkout area. You will play a key part in delivering a pleasant dining experience for durian lovers.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Accurately handle cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Maintain the cash register area clean and orderly.
- Record daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow.
Required profile
- Female candidate with a completed high school (SMA/SMK) education.
- Previous experience in cashier or customer service roles, such as supermarkets, malls, or small shops.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
