K-12 Education Specialist (Expert) – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced K-12 Education Specialist to evaluate AI-generated educational content. This remote contract position involves reviewing lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management tools to ensure they align with pedagogical best practices and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI outputs related to lesson planning, student assessment, and instructional design.
• Create realistic K-12 workflow scenarios, including IEP development and curriculum alignment.
• Annotate, label, and validate data across use cases such as differentiated instruction and formative assessment.
• Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy regarding education regulations (IDEA, Title I, ESSA).
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in K-12 education (teaching, special education, administration, or instructional coaching).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate educational workflows into evaluation tasks.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑generated educational content evaluation.
• Familiarity with K-12 regulations such as IDEA, Title I, and ESSA.
