AI Training Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking an AI Training Manager to lead hands‑on AI capability programmes for internal teams and FMCG client stakeholders. Based in India and working remotely, you will translate complex AI concepts into practical learning experiences that boost confidence, quality, and efficiency across creative and marketing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live and asynchronous AI training sessions tailored to varied experience levels.
• Run onboarding workshops that embed AI tools and workflows from day one.
• Facilitate practical, hands‑on sessions that build real capability, not just awareness.
• Host regular office‑hours and troubleshooting clinics to support ongoing adoption.
• Manage training calendars, ensuring sessions are well‑planned, communicated, and resourced.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback, reporting insights to the Enablement Lead.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials, guides, and resources as tools evolve.
• Identify skill gaps and adapt programme content accordingly.
• Build effective relationships with internal and client stakeholders to ensure training lands well.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering AI capability training for internal teams and external client groups.
• Strong understanding of generative AI tools and their practical application in creative, marketing, or content workflows.
• Excellent facilitation skills, able to engage learners of diverse backgrounds and adapt delivery in real time.
• Experience tailoring content for different learning styles, cultural contexts, and seniority levels.
• Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, jargon‑free learning experiences.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
