Junior Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Web Developer to join StatusNeo’s engineering team. In this remote position you will support the design, development, testing and maintenance of websites and web applications while gaining hands‑on experience with modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and building responsive web pages and applications.
• Participate in testing, debugging and maintaining existing sites.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver real‑world projects.
• Contribute to code reviews and ensure code quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in web development or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Basic knowledge of backend concepts, APIs and databases; SQL is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
