Junior Warehouse Officer

About the role

The Junior Warehouse Officer will support the efficient dispatch of finished goods, manage inventory, and ensure safe loading operations at our Kandla facility. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager – Warehouse to meet customer schedules and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory data in the finished‑goods warehouse and perform regular stock‑takes.
• Reconcile physical stock with SAP records and ensure FIFO dispatch.
• Optimize equipment usage and manpower allocation.
• Supervise proper loading of trucks, maximizing load capacity while preventing product damage.
• Maintain housekeeping, food‑safety standards, and conduct shift‑wise toolbox talks.
• Prepare MIS reports and documentation to support EWM success.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent education.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork orientation.
