Junior Warehouse Executive – up to ₹30k/month, 2‑year bond

About the role

Career Bloc is looking for a Junior Warehouse Executive to join its fast‑growing logistics team. You will be part of a high‑efficiency warehouse execution unit that keeps inventory moving, orders fulfilled, and customer promises delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily inventory movements – receiving, scanning, picking, packing and dispatching with 99%+ accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as hand carts, pallet jacks and RF scanners safely and in line with SOPs.
• Maintain real‑time inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Support team leaders in meeting throughput targets and safety KPIs.
• Log operational data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and flag bottlenecks.
• Participate in safety audits, housekeeping and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to lift up to 20 kg and work rotating shifts (early morning, late evening, weekends).
• Basic understanding of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods.
• Previous internship or exposure to warehouse/logistics operations is preferred.
