Junior US IT Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior US IT Recruiter to join our Nashik office. The role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates for US‑based IT positions, supporting the hiring team throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Review and screen resumes against job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
• Continuously learn about various IT roles, technologies and job requirements.

Required profile

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT recruitment.
• 0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment; freshers with strong communication are encouraged.
