Junior Training Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Training Coordinator to support our Learning & Development initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in planning, delivering, and tracking training programs across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with trainers, HR partners, and employees to ensure effective learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external trainers, schedule training sessions, and manage venue logistics.
• Maintain comprehensive training records, attendance logs, and certification files in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and distribute training reports, update data in Excel, and analyze participation metrics.
• Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and e‑learning content, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Support the administration of the Learning Management System, including user enrollment and content uploads.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in training coordination, L&D support, or a related HR function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for scheduling, reporting, and presentation tasks.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
