Junior Software Developer – Build Scalable Web & Healthcare Apps

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our engineering team, focusing on scalable web applications, healthcare integrations, and cloud‑based platforms. You will work on full‑stack projects that support our healthcare KPO and technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications and internal tools across the technology stack.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and micro‑services for healthcare data workflows.
• Write clean, well‑documented, and testable code following industry standards.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams in agile ceremonies.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and deployment issues.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python or Java.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation with Docker.
