Junior Shopify Developer

About the role

Saadaa, a fast‑growing D2C lifestyle brand, is seeking a Junior Shopify Developer to build, maintain, and optimise its Shopify storefront. You will collaborate with design, marketing, analytics, and business teams to deliver seamless, responsive web experiences for customers across devices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customise, and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Create new sections, landing pages, components, and storefront features from design and business specifications.
• Manage theme customisations, JSON templates, sections, snippets, and other Shopify assets.
• Debug and resolve UI inconsistencies, functional bugs, and technical errors.
• Ensure consistent experience across desktop, mobile, and browsers, conducting QA and responsive testing before production releases.
• Support time‑sensitive updates such as product launches, campaigns, and performance optimisations.
• Use Git for version control and maintain clean, scalable code.
• Monitor existing functionality and proactively identify potential issues.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Shopify theme development.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work independently from requirement to deployment.
• Proactive communication and collaborative attitude with cross‑functional teams.
