Junior SEO Executive – On-site in Mumbai

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior SEO Executive to join our Mumbai office. In this on‑site position you will support the development and execution of SEO strategies that improve search visibility and drive organic growth for our digital properties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and implement targeted keyword strategies.
• Perform on‑page optimisation, including meta tags, content, URLs and internal linking.
• Assist with blog and website content optimisation following SEO best practices.
• Support off‑page activities such as link building and directory submissions.
• Help with technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with relevant teams.
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends and overall website performance.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and track key metrics.
• Research industry trends and competitor tactics to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO integration.
• Maintain timely execution of tasks and adhere to internal processes.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency.
• Basic understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO concepts.
• Familiarity with common SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
