Junior SEO Executive (Digital Healthcare Startup)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing healthcare technology startup looking for a Junior SEO Executive to help increase organic visibility of our digital platform that connects doctors, labs and diagnostic centres. The role will support both on‑page and off‑page optimisation and collaborate closely with content and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve organic website traffic.
• Perform on‑page SEO activities such as optimizing meta tags, content and internal linking.
• Support off‑page SEO through backlink building and directory submissions.
• Monitor website performance, rankings and traffic using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
• Assist in planning and executing SEO strategies to boost search engine visibility.
• Conduct competitor analysis and uncover new SEO and digital marketing opportunities.
• Support Google Ads, SEM and basic paid digital campaigns when required.
• Coordinate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations and occasionally make website changes.
• Manage and support social media and Facebook Ads activities for digital campaigns.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and stay updated with the latest algorithm changes.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a strong interest in search engine optimisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with content creators and developers.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling data from analytics tools.
