Junior Sales Representative

About the role

SilverWorld, a heritage silver jewellery brand in New Delhi, is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join its retail team. You will work on‑site, engaging directly with customers, understanding their style preferences and guiding them to the perfect pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and price details.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the store remains tidy.
• Perform basic inventory checks and support stock replenishment.
• Deliver after‑sales service, answering customer queries and offering care advice.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and festive seasons.
• High school diploma; further studies in business or marketing are a plus.
• Interest in jewellery, fashion and visual merchandising.
• Prior retail or jewellery sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Basic computer literacy for billing and sales record keeping.
