Junior Sales Agronomist

About the role
Yara International is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Agronomist to support its Crop Nutrition Program in Indonesia. Based in East Java, the role will be part of the Commercial & Sales team and will report to the Area Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Organise demand‑creation activities to promote Yara’s Crop Nutrition Program.
- Implement sales and marketing programmes and achieve sales targets.
- Provide proactive assistance to customers, helping them adopt effective crop nutrition solutions.
- Engage local dealers and retailers to participate in the programme.
- Deliver regular market updates, including competitive landscape, commodity prices and crop seasons.
- Develop marketing content and materials aligned with Yara’s brand and strategy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in agro‑science (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Valid driving licence type A (SIM A).
- Strong personal and professional ethics, tact and teamwork orientation.
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is an advantage, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
