Junior Recruiter – Full-cycle Hiring

About the role

As a Junior Recruiter you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring each new hire becomes a long‑term team member. You will work closely with team leads to design hiring strategies that balance speed with quality.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and execute sourcing plans.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain consistent assessment standards.
• Manage offer rollout, track acceptance, and keep hiring data up to date.
• Oversee onboarding documentation, background verification, and induction processes.
• Coordinate required training for new hires and ensure team readiness.
• Monitor early attrition, analyze retention data, and improve onboarding based on insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder and candidate interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and close positions efficiently.
• Organized approach to tracking and reporting hiring data.
