About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Production Engineer to join our team in Ambala. The role focuses on supporting daily production activities in concrete element manufacturing, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily production planning and execution.
- Supervise mould preparation, reinforcement, casting, demoulding, and curing activities.
- Monitor production targets, manpower allocation, and material utilization.
- Ensure production output aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain accurate daily production records and reports.
Required profile
- Fresher or up to 1 year experience in production/engineering.
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, and moulding processes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
