About the role
Vandana Shah – India is seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join its Mumbai office. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on experience in both litigation and advisory work under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and regulations.
- Draft briefs, contracts, petitions, notices, and other court documents.
- Prepare case files, track deadlines, and manage court dates.
- Assist senior lawyers in developing case strategies and preparing for client meetings.
- Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain detailed case records and correspondence.
Required profile
- LLB or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional ethics, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within the firm.
