About the role
We are seeking motivated Junior Key Account Managers to drive B2B sales for our wholesale business across Madhya Pradesh. In this role you will act as the strategic link between our stores and high‑value partners such as distributors, large dealers, and FMCG exporters.
Key responsibilities
- Generate B2B revenue and achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new high‑potential wholesale partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management at key accounts.
- Conduct business reviews, manage commercial negotiations, and maintain strong relationships.
Required profile
- Hunter mindset with experience in B2B or channel sales.
- Strong negotiation skills and good understanding of the Madhya Pradesh market.
- Data‑driven attitude, comfortable using CRM tools and tracking targets.
