Junior iOS Software Engineer

About the role

Interactive Brokers Software Service India is looking for a Junior iOS Software Engineer to help enhance its mobile trading applications. You will work on designing, building and optimizing high‑volume iOS apps that give clients worldwide access to financial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test and maintain iOS trading applications with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Research, implement and provide feedback on technology solutions that improve customer‑facing apps.
• Create robust, high‑volume production code and rapidly prototype new features.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Europe, the US and India on UI challenges and data‑intensive screens.
• Assist backend developers when needed and solve a wide range of technical problems.

Required profile

• Graduated (or final year) with a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (MCA, BE/BTech, MTech, ME) from a reputable institution.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of academic project/internship experience in iOS or Android development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• iOS SDK development.
• Swift and/or Objective‑C programming.
• Object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Mobile application development fundamentals.
