Junior Interior Designer – Coordination Focus

About the role

We are seeking a fresher Junior Interior Designer who will act as a bridge between our sales, design and execution teams. The role focuses on coordinating client requirements, supporting backend processes and assisting the design team with basic inputs to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between sales, design and execution teams to keep projects on track.
• Interpret mood boards and drawings to align solutions with client expectations.
• Capture and share client requirements accurately with the sales team.
• Supervise internal project progress and provide regular updates.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
• Assist in material and finish selection and coordination.
• Provide basic design support and documentation as needed.
• Visit sites for coordination and supervision when required.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Capability to understand design concepts and technical drawings.
• Effective team collaboration and follow‑up skills.
• Detail‑oriented approach to work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with SketchUp.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or similar productivity tools.
