Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join Creative Pulp Design, a founder‑led branding and communication studio. You will work directly with the founder and lead designer on a variety of branding, digital, and print projects, turning ideas into clear visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and assets for brand identities, campaigns, presentations, publications and digital content.
• Translate briefs into engaging visual communication using typography, layout, colour and imagery.
• Prepare accurate artwork and final files for both print and digital production.
• Support the creation and adaptation of designs across multiple formats and platforms.
• Explore motion, animation and simple video content when required.
• Stay curious about new design tools, visual trends and AI‑assisted workflows.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio that demonstrates thinking process and visual problem‑solving.
• Good communication skills and ability to receive and act on feedback.
• Willingness to collaborate, learn and experiment.
