Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

HOWL is a creative agency looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join its fast‑moving team. You will work on a variety of brand projects, turning briefs into compelling visual assets across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with copy, content and account teams to create visually impactful designs for assigned brands.
• Develop functional design solutions for social media, websites, emailers, and offline collaterals.
• Conceptualise and translate campaign ideas into strong visual directions.
• Maintain brand consistency by following each client’s guidelines.
• Brainstorm and ideate creative concepts with brand teams.
• Support and mentor junior designers to ensure quality output.
• Help keep design operations running smoothly for your brands.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of full‑time experience in graphic design.
• Data‑driven mindset with a strong creative drive.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Goal‑oriented and comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
