Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

HOWL is looking for a passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join its creative pack. You will collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce fresh visual concepts across digital and offline channels, helping to shape the brand identity of emerging projects.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with designers and copywriters to develop new visual assets.
• Create functional designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, and offline collateral.
• Brainstorm and ideate content concepts with brand teams.
• Translate vision and concepts into polished designs.
• Balance narrative and visual elements to ensure clear communication.
• Contribute to pitch decks for new projects and brands.
• Maintain high quality standards and continuously improve output.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven experience in graphic design.
• Confident in sharing creative opinions and providing constructive feedback.
• Views design as an expressive tool aligned with product, brand, and user experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, using data and consumer trends to inform design decisions.
• Goal‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Open‑minded, curious, and a proactive problem solver.
