Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a driven Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and eager to own the design execution across all brand touchpoints. In this fast‑paced, high‑growth environment you will help shape how the world experiences our brand through digital, print, and retail media.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of brand assets for social media, packaging, print, retail, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop visual narratives from concept to final design.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, build moodboards, produce mockups, and deliver high‑quality layouts.
• Organise and manage a library of design files and templates for smooth cross‑team workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of hands‑on design or branding experience, including internships.
• Portfolio demonstrating intentional branding work and strong visual solutions.
• Self‑starter attitude with strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma (bonus).
