Junior Graphic Designer – Beauty & Lifestyle

About the role

We are seeking a creatively driven Junior Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye and a passion for modern brand aesthetics. You will work in a fast‑paced beauty and lifestyle environment, collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams to bring campaigns, launches, and brand communications to life across digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually compelling assets for performance‑marketing ads, website and landing pages, email and WhatsApp creatives, and marketplace assets.
• Support campaign launches with elevated, brand‑aligned creative that maintains visual consistency.
• Ensure all creative outputs follow the brand’s visual identity and aesthetic standards, preserving consistency across campaigns and communication channels.
• Help refine and evolve the brand’s visual language over time.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and external partners, taking feedback constructively and iterating efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Handle day‑to‑day creative requirements in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of graphic design experience, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
• A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, taste, and versatility across formats.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with Figma.
• Experience with Canva.
