Junior Engineer SCADA

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Engineer to support the implementation, operation and maintenance of SCADA systems for water supply and urban infrastructure projects. You will work closely with system integrators, contractors and site teams to ensure reliable automation and monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in configuring and monitoring SCADA, PLC, RTU and HMI systems.
• Support integration of field instruments, sensors, PLCs/RTUs and communication networks with the central SCADA platform.
• Monitor real‑time data, alarms, trends and system performance, and help troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate SCADA‑related activities with contractors, system integrators and on‑site teams.
• Participate in testing and commissioning of PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA and communication systems.
• Review and maintain SCADA drawings, I/O lists, control logic, equipment schedules and technical documentation.
• Verify field data and ensure proper functioning of sensors, meters, PLCs and RTUs.
• Prepare progress, inspection, testing/commissioning reports and other project documentation.

Required profile

• Junior‑level engineer with a keen interest in SCADA and automation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to learn and support testing, commissioning and documentation activities.
