Junior Digital Marketing Executive (PPC & Social Media)

About the role

Webvillee is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support paid advertising and performance marketing activities. The role is ideal for candidates with a basic to intermediate understanding of digital marketing who are eager to develop hands‑on skills in PPC, social media, and campaign analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and monitor PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
• Assist with keyword research, audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign setup.
• Support the development of media plans, ad copy, creatives, and documentation of campaign structures.
• Monitor daily performance, identify optimization opportunities, and adjust bids, audiences, and creatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data; prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and summaries for client reviews.
• Work with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and GoHighLevel for reporting and campaign‑related activities.
• Implement conversion tracking, UTM tagging, pixel setup, and basic attribution.
• Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and other teams to align paid efforts with overall digital strategy.
• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
