Junior Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to help our fast‑growing skincare startup turn data into actionable insights. You will support e‑commerce and marketing teams by building dashboards, performing ad‑hoc analyses, and ensuring data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators across e‑commerce and marketing channels.
• Conduct deep‑dive, ad‑hoc analyses to answer business questions and uncover trends.
• Translate raw data into clear, visual stories for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics, flag anomalies and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with digital, marketing and procurement teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
• Perform regular data validation to guarantee accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field, preferably in e‑commerce, beauty or lifestyle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
