Junior Creative Producer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Creative Producer to lead end‑to‑end production of social‑media video content for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. You will combine storytelling talent with production management to deliver engaging, trend‑driven videos for brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Research, develop and pitch creative ideas for launch campaigns, influencer content, ad films and other brand initiatives.
• Manage the full production cycle from concept through shoot coordination, post‑production, and final delivery.
• Oversee post‑production teams, ensuring all content meets quality standards and goes live on schedule.
• Maintain relationships with production vendors, external creative teams and freelancers.
• Monitor budgets and timelines, delivering projects within allocated resources.
• Stay current on pop culture, fashion, and marketing trends in India and globally to inform content strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in filmmaking, design, communication, marketing, advertising or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in content ideation and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, influencer content, show formats, social‑media videos or ad films.
• Comfortable in client‑facing roles with strong presentation abilities.
• Organized project manager capable of meeting tight deadlines.
