Junior Brewer & Host

About the role

The Junior Brewer & Host will support daily café operations by preparing high‑quality coffee and beverages, maintaining clean brewing equipment, and delivering a friendly guest experience. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on training in advanced brewing techniques while working alongside senior baristas.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other beverages according to café standards, ensuring consistent taste, aroma and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of espresso machines, grinders and workstations; perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance checks.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk and other brewing supplies, report low stock and help reduce waste.
• Greet customers politely, serve drinks efficiently and support senior staff during peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th grade education; hospitality management or barista certification preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in café or food‑and‑beverage environments.
• Strong interest in coffee brewing and guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and work flexible rotational shifts.
