About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on real projects, develop robust server‑side solutions, and grow your coding skills in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing scalable backend systems.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate user‑facing elements with server‑side logic.
- Support the deployment of new features and enhancements.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in backend development using NodeJS.
- Familiarity with Python, HTML, CSS, and ReactJs is a plus.
- Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
