Junior Architect

About the role

Join Gautam & Gautam Associates as a Junior Architectural Professional and contribute to a collaborative design practice. This role offers the chance to develop your design and technical skills while working under the guidance of senior architects and project leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop distinct portions of projects with periodic supervision.
• Produce and coordinate presentation and contract deliverables such as diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, project presentations, physical models and animations.
• Communicate effectively through written, verbal and visual means.
• Apply strong conceptual design ability and integrate interdisciplinary criteria.
• Collaborate with project teams, evaluating ideas constructively.
• Demonstrate an intermediate understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details and construction techniques.
• Manage time and workload to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑4 years of professional architectural experience.
• Registered architect (or equivalent qualification).
• Ability to work independently on defined tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
• Strong attention to precision and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in creating 3D models, drawings and renderings.
• Understanding of building materials, systems, specifications and construction techniques.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
