Junior Advocate – Civil & Criminal Litigation

About the role

We are looking for motivated Junior Advocates to join our team at Joy & Associates Law Office in Saidapet, Chennai. The role involves handling both civil and criminal matters, representing clients in court, and providing comprehensive legal support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage civil and criminal litigation from filing to resolution.
• Appear before various courts and tribunals on behalf of clients.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and other court documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Monitor case progress and maintain client communication.
• Provide consulting services on legal matters.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B) with a valid enrollment as an advocate.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
