Junior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team at LMNAsLMNAs Cloud Solutions. You will support day‑to‑day accounting operations, help maintain accurate financial records, and assist with reporting for our cloud ERP products.

Key responsibilities

• Create purchase invoices from purchase orders and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Generate sales invoices for sales orders and follow up on customer payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Post transactions to accounting ledgers and reconcile accounts.
• Apply internal accounting controls and adhere to company policies.
• File tax returns and prepare special variance reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Validate and approve employee expense claims, ensuring required documentation is present.
• Calculate and record depreciation for fixed assets in line with accounting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field (B.Com or BBA preferred).
• Fresh graduate or 0‑2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Understanding of chart of accounts, cost centers, budgeting, procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash processes.
• Knowledge of asset accounting, trial balance, profit & loss and balance sheet preparation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP or ERPNext.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
