About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. You will support day‑to‑day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records for our retail operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records using Zoho Books.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts for retail transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for retail operations.
- Generate financial reports and analyse data to support business decisions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Support audit processes and the preparation of financial statements.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and retail industry regulations.
