Jr Creative Producer

About the role

Dentsu AMP is seeking a Junior Creative Producer to transform ideas into compelling digital content for brands across social platforms. You will work in a fast‑paced, culture‑driven environment, collaborating with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver 360° campaigns, influencer pieces, show formats, and ad films.

Key responsibilities

• Research, develop and pitch creative concepts for launch campaigns, IPs, influencer content and ad films.
• Lead projects from ideation through shoot planning, production, post‑production and final delivery.
• Stay updated on pop‑culture trends, brand campaigns and fashion content, translating insights into brand‑relevant assets.
• Manage digital and content strategy, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and go live on schedule.
• Oversee post‑production teams, handle budgeting, and ensure projects stay within timelines and budgets.
• Maintain relationships with production vendors, external creative teams and freelance talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in filmmaking, design, communication, marketing, advertising or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in content ideation and end‑to‑end production of 360° marketing campaigns, influencer content, show formats or social media assets.
• Comfortable in client‑facing roles with strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized project manager capable of delivering under tight deadlines.
