About the role

We are a Jaipur‑based jewellery business seeking a motivated Jewellery Design Assistant to join our team at our Tonk Road office. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to design, manufacturing, and business operations, working directly with the Founder & Design Director.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Design Director in preparing design concepts and presentations.
• Support cross‑functional coordination between design, production, sales, and marketing teams.
• Maintain organized records of design files, material inventories, and project timelines.
• Participate in client meetings and help gather requirements.
• Contribute to basic research on trends, materials, and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Interest in jewellery design, manufacturing, sales or marketing.
• Ability to multitask and work across different functions.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the industry.

Required skills

• Familiarity with design software (specific tools not required).
