JC Manager A – Operations & Sales Lead

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic JC Manager A to lead the operations of a Jio Centre, driving sales, customer acquisition and overall profitability. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer acquisition targets for the Jio Centre.
• Optimize cost structure and productivity while managing profit and loss.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and administration of the centre.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and commercial controls.
• Obtain necessary permissions for project execution.
• Collaborate with channel partners to boost productivity.
• Develop and implement action plans for customer retention and feedback.
• Manage, coach and motivate a team of staff members.

Required profile

• Graduation degree in any discipline; postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
• 10–14 years of relevant experience in a similar managerial role.
• Proven ability to manage profit and loss, projects and cross‑functional teams.
