About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Lead Developer to lead backend and frontend development activities for enterprise applications using Spring Boot, Thymeleaf, Azure services, and batch‑processing technologies. The role involves guiding a team, designing robust solutions, and ensuring high‑quality delivery for Bosch’s global software initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Lead the development team and drive technical implementation of enterprise web applications.
Design and implement batch jobs with Spring Batch and integrate with MQ systems, HULFT, email services, and Azure services.
Develop REST APIs and asynchronous processing patterns, and review code to enforce engineering best practices.
Collaborate with architects and DevOps for deployment, operational readiness, and performance optimisation.
Mentor junior developers, conduct technical reviews, and support production issue analysis and resolution.

Required profile

8+ years of Java development experience.
Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring MVC, Thymeleaf, Spring Batch, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful APIs.
