Java & DSA Trainer (On-site, Bhopal)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer to join our on‑site team in Bhopal. You will guide students from beginner level to interview‑ready, turning complex concepts into practical coding problems.

Key responsibilities

• Teach core Java and DSA topics with clear, student‑focused explanations.
• Design and deliver lessons on arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, and dynamic programming.
• Develop problem‑solving and coding skills through live coding sessions and challenges.
• Prepare students for technical interviews, including mock interviews and placement tests.
• Mentor learners throughout their learning journey, ensuring they gain confidence in real‑world coding scenarios.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in Java development and DSA.
• Strong grasp of OOP, Java Collections, and algorithmic problem solving.
• Comfortable solving and explaining coding problems live.
• Familiarity with platforms such as LeetCode, CodeChef, and HackerRank.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Passion for teaching and building the next generation of tech talent.
