Java Developer (Hybrid, Pune)

About the role

We are looking for a Java Developer to join QuinStreet’s 360Finance team in Pune. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while contributing to high‑performance, data‑driven marketplace applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java‑based applications.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with third‑party systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to improve performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.
