IT Trainee – Infor ERP LN (BAAN) Support

About the role
This IT trainee role focuses on supporting the Infor ERP LN (formerly BAAN) system used in our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with business users and the ERP team to ensure smooth daily operations while gaining hands‑on experience in ERP support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for Infor ERP LN (BAAN) operations.
- Assist business users with system queries and issues.
- Maintain master data and gradually assume ownership of ERP support tasks under supervision.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer, IT, Mechanical, Production, or Industrial).
- 3‑6 months of internship or industry exposure.
- Willingness to travel to the factory site as required.
Required skills
- Basic understanding of ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Infor ERP LN (BAAN) preferred.
