IT Systems Administrator

About the role

Nisje is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to own and maintain the core IT ecosystem that supports its internal brands and external clients. The role is hybrid, based in Trivandrum, with an initial on‑site onboarding period followed by flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, deploy, and configure laptops, phones, and workstations in a Mac‑first environment (macOS, iPhone, iPad).
• Perform regular health checks, security updates, and maintenance on all company‑issued devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating to vendors when needed.
• Maintain software compliance by installing and updating applications.
• Administer company‑wide email services across multiple domains, handling user onboarding/offboarding, mailbox configuration, aliases, and access controls.
• Monitor and resolve email delivery, sync, authentication, and security issues (SPF, DKIM, MFA).
• Ensure email system hygiene, retention compliance, and spam/phishing protection.
• Coordinate email migrations, third‑party integrations, and domain changes.
