IT Systems Administrator

About the role

Juniper Square is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to design, build, deploy and support critical IT services for its growing global team. You will work on identity, security and endpoint management platforms, ensuring a secure and productive environment for a distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage secure identity and access solutions using Okta, including SAML‑based SSO integrations and lifecycle automation.
• Lead security incident prevention, detection and response across endpoints, identity platforms and cloud services.
• Utilise CrowdStrike Falcon (RTR and vulnerability management) for advanced threat detection, investigation and remediation.
• Administer enterprise endpoint management tools such as Kandji, Microsoft Intune and macOS MDM solutions.
• Manage and secure cloud productivity platforms including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (O365) with Intune.
• Maintain identity platforms like Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, enforcing secure authentication and authorization policies.
• Support a distributed workforce by implementing scalable, automated IT and security solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience with identity and access management solutions (Okta, Azure AD).
• Hands‑on experience in security incident response and endpoint protection.
• Familiarity with cloud productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages.
