IT System Manager – Network & Desktop Administration

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, data‑driven IT System Manager to oversee Vadodara office’s IT infrastructure, software ecosystem, assets, security, and cloud operations. The role is an individual contributor position, responsible for day‑to‑day IT operations while collaborating with remote teams and vendors as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company‑wide IT systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability.
• Handle troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Manage software licenses, renewals, subscriptions and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate software installations, upgrades and access management.
• Administer Google Workspace (user accounts, permissions, email, groups).
• Monitor cloud and server security, backups, vulnerability checks and implement best practices.
• Manage firewalls, antivirus and endpoint security monitoring.
• Procure, maintain and repair hardware devices, networking equipment and peripherals.
• Prepare IT reports, dashboards, SOPs and track expenses, licenses and utilization metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration, infrastructure or system management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent spreadsheet and data‑reporting skills.
• Good communication skills and a proactive ownership mindset.
