IT System Administrator

About the role

YouTrip is looking for a tech‑savvy IT System Administrator to set up and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and provide day‑to‑day technical support for employees. You will ensure that hardware, software, network and security systems are reliable, up‑to‑date and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software, including SaaS tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, AWS WorkSpaces, GitHub, JIRA and Confluence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT‑related hardware and software issues reported by internal users.
• Monitor network and system performance, manage network security and review security logs.
• Act as the IT liaison for new hires, creating accounts and setting up devices.
• Train users on new hardware and software, and support audio/video equipment and printers.
• Maintain corporate asset inventory, forecast purchases and manage lifecycle.
• Collaborate with shared‑space owners and ISP vendors to optimise network equipment.
• Assist with information security audits and vendor coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking or a related discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a solid understanding of IT hardware, software, networking and security.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and network environments.
