IT System Administrator

About the role

YouTrip, a leading multi‑currency digital wallet in Asia Pacific, is looking for a tech‑savvy IT System Administrator to join its fast‑growing regional team. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the security and reliability of both wired and wireless networks.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including SaaS tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, AWS WorkSpaces, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and VPN solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues reported by internal users, managing support tickets from start to finish.
• Monitor network and system performance, review security logs, and support information‑security audits.
• Act as the IT liaison for new hires: create accounts, set up devices, and train users on new tools.
• Support audio/video equipment, printers, and shared‑space network equipment, coordinating with ISP and other vendors.
• Manage corporate asset lifecycle, maintain accurate inventory, and forecast purchases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a solid understanding of hardware, software, networking, and information security.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and enterprise‑level IT environments.
