IT System Administrator (Infrastructure & Information Security)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT System Administrator with 3–5 years of experience to manage our IT infrastructure and drive information security initiatives. The role involves overseeing Windows Server, Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint devices while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint devices.
• Configure, deploy and manage Azure Entra ID, including user provisioning, security groups, Conditional Access policies and Multi‑Factor Authentication.
• Design, implement and manage Group Policy Objects for security, password policies, software deployment, Windows updates, USB restrictions, BitLocker and device management.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, file servers and shared resources.
• Oversee Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management solutions.
• Implement and enforce InfoSec policies, ensure ISO 27001 compliance, monitor security alerts and conduct incident investigations.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, coordinate remediation, and manage endpoint protection, antivirus, firewalls and BitLocker encryption.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support, handle hardware/software troubleshooting, patch management and asset lifecycle.
• Support backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Collaborate with HR, admin and business teams for secure onboarding/offboarding and conduct user awareness sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in system administration and information security.
• Proven ability to manage Windows Server, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 and endpoint security solutions.
